Well, I blogged about a wreck that had over 1000 lobsters on it, on one of our recent Boca Chica spearfishing adventure. I know being in Miami and spearfishing Miami areas seldom does one see a dozen lobsters in one spot...heck you don't even see this many lobsters in Miami while freediving, right? But on this particular day we were blessed not only with an awesome new freediving spot, but also a great new spearfishing spot in Miami....but to top it all off we found the mother load of all lobsters in Miami...in less than 10' of water...can you guess where we are gonna be for lobster mini season, yep- you guessed it, in our Miami lobster spot!

I've been spearfishing since about 7 and find it to be a great thrill, a total rush each and everytime I'm in the water! It is a combination of the serenity of the ocean coupled with the "hunter instinct" that gives me that endomorphine rush....damn gotta love it! My day to day bread and butter is Industrial/Interior Design, I figured out late in life that whats important is to love what you do, that way it will never seem like a "job", so needless to say it never seems like I'm working. As an Industrial designer I'm able to double my satisfaction by tinkering around with innovative spearfishing ideas some of which I have actually brought to fruition, and others I have sold to major freedive/spearfishing manufacturers.
